Return Policy

All orders are final. Exchanges and cancellations are not permitted. However in the unlikely event of  a defect or problem with your order which is caused by us - please contact us on nordicglowcompany@gmail.com within 5 business days with a photo and we will be happy to assist you.  

 

If you are EU citizen and buy our products online, you have a right to withdraw your online purchased within 14 days from you receive your order. You are eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Please read more here.  Bare in mind the following policy lasts 14 days from when you have received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange nor accept an order return purchased online or physically.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards 
Downloadable software products 
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as order confirmation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Unless nothing else has been agreed with us. All  return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Packages refused or return will be subjected to our restocking fee of 10 % per item original price. As a small business, the time, labor and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to processing orders and providing thoughtful, timely customer service. 

 

Unless nothing else has been agreed with us, you will bear the return cost. Please note that exceptions may apply to custom-made goods, hygiene products and other goods. Read more here. If you have any questions, please contact us  

Instructions for returning goods

If you want to return an item, send a message with your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which items are returning valid, preferably with the return form below.

 Send the goods to be returned within 14 days of contacting us. You are responsible for any damage caused to the goods during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original packaging. Feel free to send us a tracking number for return if you can. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark the package with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs duties.

 

We are not responsible for any customs fees on the shipment. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made through the same payment method that you first made the purchase with. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation from the refund amount.
