Shipping Policy

1. The buyer agrees that they are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from Nordic Glow Company when shipping internationally. All taxes and duties are sole responsibility of the purchaser, tase fees are not included in the shipping cost. However, currently Nordic glow Company, is not shipping any items merch outside Sweden. (Keep an eye in information about International shipping updates on our website. )

2. All orders are shipped within Sweden and Internationally are sent via Post Nord. â€‹

​3. Free shipping on all Swedish orders over 1000 Swedish kroners. Only available for Swedish Customers, meaning deliverys within sweden. 

4. Shipping is made on Sundays only for all standard ready to ship orders. Last order for same week shipment goes on the Friday before Sunday Shipping, as the online shop is only "open" on weekdays. If you place an order on a weekend (Saturday - Sunday) it is shipped the following Sunday.

5. If you place an pre-order. Please allow 7 - 12 business for dispatch, as every candle is made by hand and the wax need to settle before shipping and used.
If your order contains one candle which is in store and another candle which is a pre-order, the whole order will be shipped together within 7 - 12 business days ( the dispatch rule for preorder candle.) 

6. Shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, England, Sweden, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zeeland. Shipping cost may vary dependent on your independent country. See price at shopping chart. Bare in mind additional custom fee shipping cost my be applied by your home.

7. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-7 business days from the shipment date within Sweden. 

8. If you would like shipping time estimate for your purchase and you are outside of the regular destination countries, please contact me and we will give you a more precise shipping estimate and quote for your destination. 

9. Nordic Glow company is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Shipping times may exceed the estimate due to factors outside of our control. 

8. Tracking info will be provided with every order, though the buyer assumes all responsibilities once the order has left our premises. 

10. if a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider and not with Nordic Glow Company. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package Nordic Glow Company is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. The product covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Nordic Glow Company cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries. 

11. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please send an email directly upon arrival to arrange a refund or replacement. All  return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. 

12. Packages refused or return will be subjected to our restocking fee of 10 % per item original price. as a small business, the time, labor and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to processing orders and providing thoughtful, timely customer service. 

13. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bethlehem Mehari Långströmsgatan 8a 418 70 Göteborg Sweden. Founder of Nordic Glow Company. 

14. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

15. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

16. If you are shipping an item over 700 kronor, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

17. If you do not to pick up your delivery for all reasons, and the package is sent back to Nordic Glow Company, Bethlehem Mehari, founder. You have to pay for the whole shipping cost if you want the package to be sent back to you the customer who placed the order or the adress which the shipping is made for. No refund is conducted if you do not pick up your first delivery and the package is sent back to Nordic Glow Company, Bethlehem Mehari, founder. If you have a different request contact us at here.
